im thinking of leaving and finding a new forum server. They dont seem to be bothered about this of it would have been sorted. I`ve an idea mods or who ever put the old chat back to how it was

Thing run smooth on my older forums (guessing different server?) and if they stayed like that no probs...

the new forum i have has way too many issues so i dumped it...

I would feel more comfortable if i could access my database (not necessarily move on but more secure that I can update my forum MYSELF ) can you pay to get your database??

I'm getting that Error message box thingy popping up every time I refresh the page or post something at the moment!!!! Its really annoying!! I dont want to disable the chatbox though as my members love going there to chat... I hope they get the issues sorted out soon... I made a new html page with an external chat box, but couldnt figure out how to make a link to it from my forum so I gave that up!!

how do i install my own chat box on my forum as it seems the staff here cant be bothered to sort this prob.

no you cannot pay to access your database.

they just take a break since they work hard to keep our forums from shutting down

the chatbox still isnt working correctly, members are unable to log out, and it isnt scrolling down after putting in a message.

I am still having problems with the chat...

well it will not be fixed on the weekends becasue the techs have off so there is no use in continuing to post, "my chatbox is not working"

Well their failing miserably on that in the UK .... nothing but bugs & error for 2 weeks and now downtime and A DAYS MISSING POSTS.... I've worked hard to build up my forums reputation & members, and I'm not about to stand by and let their ineptness ruin that ... database or no database I'm moving my forum.

i am also having problems with my chat box....my messages arent showing up on the blck background......even if i change the colour of the writing, why is it doing this???
p.s i prefer the old chat box

The chatbox has had some major fixes today, can you provide me with a screenshot of the persistent issue?

i cant seen any change at all i'm sorry it still not loging people on when they enter the chat box

My chatbox is now not working at all. You can seemingly log in, but cannot post any messages, and it still looks exactly the same as it did in the previous screenshots I posted with the "Message" box half cut off.

Yes.... chatbox is not working at all and we're still getting this box pop up when we login...

I cannot access my chatbox anymore - all of the functionality has disappeared - I can see that it is supposed to be there because of the /// on the bottom right above "View Posts Since Last Visit" I have also lost all of the settings from the Theme I am using - It works fine if I try and post something - but the Home Page is naked

I have included a screen shot to show that I cannot even log on to my chat box anymore

my chat box isnt working either, they have to manually log in after clicking on enter chatroom, then cant log out. Also this morning the forum was completely down, and any posts put on the forum in the last 24 hours have disappeared. I have lost a few members to another forum.

my chatbox STILL isn't working either ...

My forum is completely messed up, I am just getting a load of images that are in the gallery with no posts.

Hey guys, I know you've been working really hard to get everything back in order.

Even though all the posts from yesterday were deleted *cringe* we are still experiencing chatbox problems.

Once we hit Log in everything goes blank. You cant read anything people type, and you cant type anything, just nothing show up at all.
