How Do I edit the registration and footer* with a phpbb3 forum?

I noticed a forum did, I want to.

*I am just adding copyright details about my forum

They changed there footer and edited there registration.

I don't think you get the "Copyrighted codes" part, do you? You cannot go forum after forum stealing codes, go make your own!

Maybe some mods here will help you how the admin of that forum did that....

But as far as I am concerned Here on the English support forum we are all very well aware that editing the links in the footer is generally not permitted and can get your forum reported for violating the TOS.

They didn't edit the footer, they added to it.
Thats what I want to do, add to it

The actually didn't edit the footer; they edited the CSS code which goes immediately after the Footer
As you know phpbb3 doesnt have the overall_footer.
After some investigation, I can't find how it was edited in.

You can add additional rules via: Admin panel >> General > Additional rules.
You can use HTML to stylise it I believe.
