Solved People can't register [solved]

My forum is 10a3.5forum.biz.But people , my friends, can't register. This messenger is Administrators have forbidden any new members.Although I Allow new members :Yess.

follow this steps:

admin panel>general>configuration>turn "forum on construction" & "forum on holiday" into "No">then hit save.

Double check that the allow new members setting is set to yes.
