Please Help

I still have this problem :

So I thought to get over it i would move the contents out of "the comedy club " in to the basket , delete the comedy club forum , then add a new one with the changed description , this is where i realise that i cant add a new forum , it doesn't give me the option , so I had to restore it back to this morning ,

so my problem is i cant alter the description of any of my forums or add a new forum , Please please help me ,
