Question about the new Admin

Okay,so as you might know,Canceo is our new admin.These are the stats:

Joined:
Mon Aug 18, 2008 4:33 am
Last visit:
Today at 3:10 am
Total posts:
19 [0.01% of total / 0.18 posts per day]

Why such a new admin with barely any posts a new member pretty much?

Sorry if this isnt allowed,but I can think of a few long time members who should be considered instead of somebody with 19 posts and only like 3 monthes?

There is a lot more behind the scenes work that we don't know about, that would be the reason as to this members appointment.
Just because we haven't seen this person around, it doesn't mean they haven't been around and partaking in the running of this site
