RE: member who cannot log in

I started a site 2 days ago -I have a member who has been having trouble logging in or staying logged in
He has done everything suggested -deleting cookies,proxy settings ,firewall settings ,everything and still
he logs on and if he does get to stay on long enough to post it will log him off -
He is a good member to my site but is very frustrated

I just got an email from him stating he could not get online but I see him online on the site
I checked and it shows automatic log in is checked

Need help so I don't lose this person -because i want to make him a mod on my site

are you sure it's not the page expiring?
if so just click refresh and it should bring him back.
when your on a page for a wile. if you go to hit the back arrow it will tell you the page is expired. so he might be getting mixed up thinking he is being booted off. so hopefully that's all it is?

He knows alot about computers and I would think he would know that but I will let him know -sometimes the simple things are the hardest

He has dial up also -will that make a difference??
