Reputation glitch in IE

On my board, the reputation system (+ and -) icons will no show for people that are using the IE browser. Ok on Firefox though. Any ideas anyone?

Ask them to clear their cache.

Various members are now reporting that the reputation system seems to disappear and reappear, regardless of cache.
