Solved RSS content syndicator?

hey.... sorry if this is in the wrong section but is there any way to add a RSS content syndicator to my forum?

as i have recently made a toolbar for browser that links up to my forum, and there is a RSS reader on it and was wondering if i could get that to read new posts from my website, so my members that have installed the toolbar just has to click the RSS button and it will list the new replies to topics etc.
