Site Keeps Getting Hacked

Hey guys, I have a very huge problem. The thing is, I used to have an old member, who used to be on my site a lot, but then one day, after a year or so, he quit and joined another site. And now, after about a few months, he came back, and he keeps hacking my site. Well actually, he keeps uploading HTML Pages on my website, and he controls the Admin Panel. He is able to change my other Admins Usernames!!! I don't know why he is doing this, but I think it's because he joined another site and that site he joined is a hacking site (not ForuMotion).

Well, I IP Banned him, and also his e-mail address, but he keeps coming back. I also Backed Up my forums many times to restore all the things he has done.

But somehow... he came back!

Change all your admin's passwords.

Hmm, I changed one of my Admin's Password, but now I will change the other Admin's Password. The other Admin, he keeps on getting demoted and banned, and I think the hacker is accessing his account. Let me change his password.

I found the hacker... it was someone from my Admins!!! bwi

This person I knew for over a yea and we used to be great friends but he turned out to be a traitor. I saw him posting that he pretended to be someone else, to mislead us. Well, I found the hacker, so thanks anyways...
