Solved Smilies not working

Some members of my site have been complaining about the animated smilies not moving. Is there any thing that I can do to help this problem?

The smilies are working for me, just not some of my members. I told them to delete cookies and temporary internet files. They did. I told them to run a defragment on their computer, they did. The smilies are still not moving for them.

What broswer do they run?

Also Defraging your computer has nothing to do with the internet. It only moves data closer together so that you have room for new files.

I believe this person has IE8. But I have IE8 too and they are working just fine.

I thought so, but when I defrag my computer, it seems to run faster.

Go to tools>>Compatibility View Settings>>Look for a tick box that says Display all website in Compatibility View>>Save
