Solved Subforum Problem

When opening up a forum, how do I display the subforums at the top of the forum (before forum topics) instead of the bottom of the forum (after forum topics)?

Do you tried this?
Administration Panel=>Display=>Homepage=>Structure and hierarchy=>Split categories on index=>Medium=>Save.
