Weird Script Message

Hello !

Some of my members (using Internet Explorer, but others who use the same Internet Explorer don't have this problem) get this message when coming on the forum (I'm sorry, it's in French, it seems linked to the Chatbox)

"Une erreur est survenue sur le script de cette page" :

Ligne : 5
Car : 1264
Erreur : 'j' attendu
Code : 0
URL : http://afrightfuldream.comforumculture.net/chatbox/chatbox.comforum?page=front&iframe=1

Voulez-vous continuer à exécuter des scripts sur cette page ?

Then they click "Yes" or "No" and they can go on reading and posting, but it comes back each time they want to come on the mainpage.
Do you have a solution ? Thanks a lot !

this is something with there service provider. it's not recognizing it as a functioning link? or they might be down.

IF using IE ask them to set there browsers home page to msn.com

tools>Internet options>homepage add http://www.msn.com/ in home page box, click apply then OK and close the browser and then try.

if this dont work? they might have to call there optimum service to find out why it is not recognizing the site. if they are using there firewall or virus protection it could be something with that too.
