go to your portal and click that 'view whole list' on who is online block.

For a list of currently online users with ip and location, you can also visit your admin panel in "Misc / Board Statistics".

You can create a special rank and then assign it to the members you ban. To create a special rank go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Ranks=>Rank Administration and click the "Add new rank" button. Add all the required info and make sure you have the "Set as Special Rank" option set to Yes. Now click on save and go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>Users and click on the member you banned. Scroll down the page until you find the "Rank Title :" option .From that menu choose the special rank your just created.

just a little addition for luky post,

if your want to show that banned on Legend, just create new groups and name it banned member. color them with usual color for criminal eg : gray. Also your can add TAG for banned group on 'rank administration'
