CREDIT PROBLEMS- WANT TO SPEND THEM!

I am very confused...
Our gallery storage expired today so I went to buy some more. I bought 500 but for some reason there is 1000 showing.....and when I try to spend them, it keeps telling me "you must select an option"
I am very puzzled and need the gallery up and running? Thank you for your help.
