Domain name still not up but link works

Hi Forumotion,
We purchased a new domain for our forum which was:
www.breastbuddies.co.uk which does work but when you click on it the address bar changes back to the original domain which was:
http://boobjobsupportforum.forumotion.co.uk/forum.htm
Why is this happening and is there anything we can do?

check your e-mail first , check the spam folder too, or wait for a minute or for an hour.

try this:
Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Forum Address >> personalized domain name >> Should be an option to activate in there

For some reason that tab is not there?? Any reason why or how i can get it back?
