Solved how to change domain name. Error in the tutorial?

I would like to change the domain name of my forum.

I've read this tutorial, but i can't find administration panel->General Admin->forum address


in my administration panel I've home/general/display and so on.
Am I looking at the wrong place?

yes I'm the founder of the forum.
I'm in advanced mode. And the account i'm using to log in to the
http://myforumname.forumotion.com/admin/index.forum
is an account that belongs to the Administrators group

I mean it should be the founder account with which you created the forum. Just being in the admin group is not enough.
