First Impression (8/10)

• Aestheticism (3/5): The first two things I noticed were: the message "Please welcome our new..." and that games coming soon. The message is good and shows that you care. A welcome message in the index isn't need, in my opinion, because with the message you have you show how warm is your community (+1). That games coming soon on the one hand seem interesting and will persuade members to join and/or search about them in the forum (+1). On the other hand, I think that the picture used in the forum to inform the members/visitor is too big (-1). The width of the index is good (+0.5), but the length is too big (-0.5). The descriptions under the forums names are very useful (+0.5), but you would have resized this and this picture and made them smaller to look better with the forum (-0.5).
  Suggestions: You should minimize this and this. Why don't you make this picture a bit smaller too? Also, reduce the length of your index. Finally, add some desriptions in the forum were there aren't any, like NCAA 10 General Talk, NCAA Offensive Strategies, NCAA Defensive Strategies, General talk and Graphics.
  
• Activity (5/5): All the forums have many posts and no one of them is empty (+1). There are more than 50,000 messages (+1) and more than 4,500 members (+1). I really liked your welcome message sent by Personal Message (PM) (+1). There are many members in the "Members connected during last 24 hours" list (+1).
  Suggestions: -

Graphics (7/10)

• Banner, Buttons, Ranks etc. (3/5): The banner looks good (+1), but it's difficult to understand what is written on it. Especially, I think that it's difficult to understand this phrase: "When all you want is Madden", when you don't know or no one has already said you what is written of course... (-1). I don't like the navigation bar at all: it is too big and nothing special (-1). The buttons used for "New message(s)", "No new message(s)" and "Locked" are not bad (+1). I like the topic icons too (+1).
  Suggestions: Don't change banner, just, if you want, change the font used in the phrase: "When all you want is Madden". It would be good but it isn't vital. Change the navigation buttons.
  
• Colours (4/5): The colors are OK (+1). They match each other (+1). and the forum (+1). They are not exhausting (+1). I can find some problems in the theme though (-1).
  Suggestions: You may want to change the theme but I don't think that it's needed.

Members – Activity – Staff (6/15)

• Members (1/5): There are many members, more than 4,500 (+1). 4/5 of the members have never posted anything on the forum (-1). 1/4 of the members have never logged in the forum (-1). 97% of the members have less than 100 posts (-1). Only 4% of the members visited the forum the last week (-1).
  Suggestions: Persuade members to visit more, to be online more and to post more.
  
• Activity (1/5): There were members and guests in the forum while I was online (+1). The "Today's active topics" list had less than 30 topics, when I checked it (-1). Less than 50 messages were written today (-1). Less than 20 members have posted today (-1). The posts per member ratio is 12, very low (-1).
  Suggestions: Well, increase the activity in general. Increase the posts and topics of the forum!
  
• Staff (4/5): There are not many usergroups and the ones that exist are the ones needed (+1). There are enough administrators, moderators and writers (+1). There is a new group of staff (+1). There are some staff members who have many posts and are active (+1) and others which don't have many posts (-1).
  Suggestions: Persuade the staff members with not many posts to increase their post count.
