if i (as administrator) add a member to the administrator group what is the different to me? i see in AP the new admin can not "deletion forum" and he can not delete the real admin in the "groups" but he can add more members to admin group.

I would like to make them all white if possible. I have tried searching for which setting it is that changes this but can't find it. None of my colors are set to gray.
