A script for the home page

I want to say in the homepage, guests to 'register' and for members 'Welcome back'. Does any body have a script for that? Smile

Yeah. I know. I know how to say welcome back to members with their name at the end of the line. But i don't know how to just tell it to members or guests. For example this is my site. Just look
