Adsense Question.

Ok, so i've been searching, and still can't find anything like i want to do.

I want to take my Adsense code, and put it in a post like this one. HTML is on also.
So why does the code not work in a topic post???
My buddy made a few HTML pages, and posted a picture link, so when they click they go to the HTML page full of ads. (Not what i wanted to do).

Is there away to post the code in topic posts?

and why are my ads not showing in the forum widgets..is there something wrong? it appears in the homepage message but not in the widgets.

well the add it self is coming up as a 404 as the add.
and yes it will not show up in the forums home page or widgets at the same time. i fist put it on the home page and it worked. i then placed it in the widget and it shwn in the widget but not the homepage message.

the one thing i can think of is that you can only run one google script code a time. but i am not certain.

i would try to contact google and let them know that the add is coming up as a 404. it's possible the link is not correct or something.i would also ask them why it is you are unable to place the code in more then one place on the forum..

thats all i can think of doing right now. i will ask a couple friends to see if they can tell me as well

P.S. the code in the homepage is different because it is horizontal and another code for the widget which is vertical..i ddnt use the same code.

the one i gave you was for the forum widget which is vertical..i have tried it in an html page and it works but to no avail in a widget..^_^
