Can I make new page?

I have a forum . And I have portal to. But how can i make there for example RBD to?? I saw somewhere that but I dont know how to do this. Please help.

I assume you mean how to create a new page. To do this, make sure you're in advanced mode, and go to:

1) Administration Panel (in advanced mode!)
2) Modules Tab
3) HTML pages management (on the left, under HTML)
4) Create new HTML page

And to make a link to that page, go to:

1) Administration Panel
2) Display Tab
3) Headers & Navigation (on the left, under Homepage)
4) Add a customized menu and from there, you can choose to have just text or a graphic for the link.

oh and i have one more question: how can I put the text to display when someone click on it??
