(CSS) Drop-down menu

I have essentially everything finished as far as appearances go, except for 1 problem. I made all form fields black, but now the options in drop-down menus are illegible, and I don't know where that info is or what it's called in the css. Thanks if you can help.

Um i would not think you can edit it in the css maybe in the icons i dunno i am probably not of any help
