Favicon Trouble

Hello,
I'm trying to install a favicon on my forum. I read the FAQ topic but I'm still a bit confused. This is my ICO file link:

I also made a tiny URL re-direction link in case that one is too long:
http://tinyurl.com/fcabg-ico

This is where I'm stuck:

Which drop down option do I select, and could you please give me the finished set of code that I should paste in it?

I looked at this example picture in your faq.htm:

But the administrator panel has been switched around since then.

Could someone please give me the exact edited set of code that I should paste, and where exactly to put it, and what drop down option to select?

you dont add it into the meta tags hun

go to admin > general > configuration > forum favicon add it there then click save

Upload your .ico file to this
http://www.iconj.com/

get the URL.

Now, in the admin panel
general>Configuration
Forum favicon : Enter the URL

Yes, but the link which is provided in the first post when u click on them it asks to download rather than showing up. Thats why i said you can upload it to that site.
