Latest Topic Scroll Issue

Hello,

Several of my users have mentioned that the "Latest Topics" scrolling widget will stop and restart after 3 or 4 topics have been displayed. Currently it is suppose to display 10 topics.
The users have mentioned that they are using FireFox when this happens. Is this a browser issue or a issue with this widget? Any help or suggestions would be grateful.

It is not a 'New Post' scroll. It consists of the 'Latest Topics', so I don't seem where your suggestion is relevant to this issue.
Maybe I am missing something.
