im still having problems with the script editor, i retrieved my password but now i cant get past the first page. when i select create a script, it says i already have one, so i tried to edit it by adding my forum addy and password and then it comes up that the addy doesnt exist.
im trying to get in and put a texture on my site , can anyone tell me what im doing wrong plz. when i first tried the script editor i added a background picture from my pc but didnt like the way it looked so i deleted it, has this got anything to do with it ?

well
i read the script guide and tried to enter my forums url
(without http://) but keep getting
syntax error messages.
i tried with
mobilemania
then with
mobilemania.forumotion.com
but bothe times i get the
syntax error messages.
can you please help
what am i doing wrong ??

Hi !

San dream (the programmer of the script generator) wrote on the French support forum that this generator doesn't work with Phpbb3.

He will make an update, but for the moment, you can't use the generator Wink

as I was browsing the cursors gallery and went over one of the square to the left where I think the cursors images should have appeared, the screen went white and flashed many time. I could still hear my clicks and actions, but couldn't seen anything and had to reset my computer. Kind of annoying.

i found a website that will convert HTML in to JS
you will have to host your JS file yourself but it helps if you need to combine JS files together.

otherwise, if you just want the long/manual way to do it:
Start with your single/individual scripts

<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile.js"></script>
<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile2.js"></script>
<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile3.js"></script>
<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile4.js"></script>

Change over to This:

document.write('<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile.js" language="javascript"><\/script>');
document.write('<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile2.js" language="javascript"><\/script>');
document.write('<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile3.js" language="javascript"><\/script>');
document.write('<script src="http://www.myhost.com/myJSfile4.js" language="javascript"><\/script>');

save the combined scripts as one JS file then enter it into your sites/forum description area

hello everybody..

yesterday i just tried the script generator and i have my password kept.Just this morning when i try to edit it says non-existing script,so i created again,but it says that already existing script.I tried it many times but its an error.somebody can tell me whats wrong?

hello,thanks for the answer,i never forgot my password ,it is safe and recorded in my pc..The script is working ,yes,but i want to edit some thats why i want to access again.But it seems that i cant enter again.Would you mind if i pm you my password and try it by yourself?

You mean the structure of the portal? Go to admin panel=>Modules=>Portal & calendar=>Portal pages management and click on the "Structure" button.
