Mmm... I semi-agree. But even with increased security, they will always find a way to hack into your forum. It's like fighting a losing battle.

Yes, there is always a way to hack in a forum, the techs should make it a little bit more secure

no way, techs don't waste your time, this is not necessary, there are many must-dos problems like this - http://help.forumotion.com/need-of-a-technician-f3/letters-changed-merged-with-leters-s269263-t19854.htm

blackeye so its ok to have security risks then Confused Confused would you want someone to take over your forum and deleting every post & topic that have been made on your forum or even delete your forum after you spend hour and hours of work on it, because if your post, topic or your forum gets deleted there no way you will be able to get them back.

blackeye SECURITY ALWAYS COME FIRST NOT SILLY LITTLE BUGS

hackers can hack your site whenever they want and techs can't do anything to stop them, and forumotion is phpbb forum, that says all, phpbb forums have many bugs that hackers can use it, i think it is better to resolve other solvable problems than take care of security coz in my opinion is wasting time ...

that just crazy, so you saying you wouldn't be bother if your forum gets hacked and deleted blackeye

security risks has to come first before fixing other bugs

no, i want to say that whatever techs do about security can't stop hackers to hack your site.. and FBI site has been hacked (i think...), so if they wat to hack they will hack it
