Border Options

Hey guys,

I know that this is not an absolute need, but I think that we should have an option on the admin panel where we can choose they type of border of our forum. For example I think we should be able to choose if we want a zig zag border, a border with rounded corners, or a border that we can upload from our computer as an image just like we do for the backround's of our forums.

Like I said I know this isn't a need but I think that this could make our forums look more like home. It might make our forums better. I think it might be good. I do like to know your guy's opinions so please vote and comment on why you voted Yes or No. Thank you.
