Bunch of new ideas!

1. You can like post the URL in your website [non forumotion] and advertise it. Then, you will get like 1 credit for every new forum created.
2. View the IP of the member who registered (even though he/she hasn't posted yet or went online)
3. admins can modify if a certain mod can view other's IP or not.
