( PoLL ) Restriction By Post

Hey friends,
Am not sure - some one made this poll or no ( if some one done by this thn let me know please )

Just having an idea about make a restriction to access some tools in forum.
Wants to make a restriction for users. Like - They wouldnt be able to use pm before 10 ( any kind of number 10 or 15 ) posting in forum. They couldnt be able to enter in a category ( any kind of category - which are famouse in forum ) before make 20 ( any kind of number 20, 25, 30 or more / less ) posts.

Restriction could be by other thinks also. Not only for pm. Its could be get points. Like - they have to get some selected points before use pm or enter in an attractive category.

And i think - if we can make a restriction like this for users, thn our forum would be more nice to users and they would be mad for post. Or get points.

Granted some can be done manually but automatic activation is better. Leaves us admin to do other things.

But now am watching - two person's voted for No. But after - DreamScar01 All telling voted for yes.

People have oppinions.It doesnt matter who voted no or who voted yes.This section is for oppinions on ideas and obviously you arent very aware of that.

Its, totally up to you - whatever you like to do... Vote is a freedom. But - you can make a post with vote right ?

Yes, this is a great idea...I vote yes...

Plus a new banning system would be great as well..Instead of banning someone out right we could have a warning system in place.
