Browse & log all registered members by IP address on ACP

I'm suggesting to make it possible to browse users by IP address in the Admin Control Panel (ACP). The purpose for this is to have better control over who is viewing your forum site and who may have multiple accounts. You can easily find out who has multiple accounts on your site by browsing an IP and seeing how many users appear to have the same IP if it matches.

To help make this possible, I'm also suggesting to log the IP of each member when they register (even those with zero post) to better monitor the users who join your forum site.

This method will also help you track down users who you have banned, in case they try joining the site on a different account as well.

Example chart:

Counter	IP Address	Times visited	Times logged In	User name	Date Registered
1	192.168.1.1	10	9	Coolguy123	Mon. July 19th 2010
2	192.168.1.2	2	2	Coolgirl123	Tues. July 20th 2010
3	192.168.1.3	4	3	Testdummy123	Tues. July 20th 2010
4	192.168.1.4	20	15	Newmember1	Wed. July 21st 2010
5	192.168.1.5	7	5	Celebrity123	Wed. July 21st 2010

etc...

The counter indicates in order who registered first, second, and so on..
The IP address represents the IP address this user registered from.
The times visited indicates how many times this users IP address was logged on the site.
The times logged in indicates how many times this user logged into the site with their registered account. This number will differ from the times they actually visited the site and didn't log in.
The user name will indicate what name that person picked when registering to the site.
The date registered will indicate when that person registered to the site.

I have added a chart with indications explaining the chart. This will give a more elaborate idea of what I am talking about with a nice visual on how I would imagine it to look.

err... you can only search the IP if you already know it.. I mean browse the IP address of users who register to your forum. that way you can search through a list of IPs of the users on your site.
