Turn off post counting

this is my suggestion
i think it would be good if it is possible to make one board that doesn't count posts because ranks on many forums are based by number of posts

so i though that i can make "Offtopic" category and turn off post counting in that section

is it a good idea (if this is alredy possible, i'm sorry, please then explain)
