Separating Forum Name and Description

Hello everyone. Newb here. I'm trying to add a bit of horizontal separation between my forums and their descriptions. Tried to simply put a blank line in the description first and that was a no go. Then I looked for a rich text editor for the Forum names and didn't see one. Would you take a peek at our forum? You'll see what I mean. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Shainy that worked but the space is WAYYYYY to big. How about underlining the Forum name? Is that do-able?
