Username Custom Color??!

Ok I was on my friends forum its not forumotion but I really dont think it matters, he has custom colored usernames.. like whenever that user posts its always there, on his profile its always there.. and it for a certain group. Heres a screenshot:


And I wanna get this custom group name on my forum..

/u1 = Link to first registered user. That will be you. /u2 for second user....
