Remove 'Similar Topics' Empty Remove 'Similar Topics'

this may apply specifically to blogs, or not, I'm not sure.. anyway, I have a blog post and this 'similar topics' list appeared under it.. is there a way to remove that? Either for only that blog, or all of them in my site, I have no preference

Administration Panel>>General>>Forum Promotion>>Traffic Exchange

Turn it off, but it will turn it off for the whole forum.
