Hello,

There are several two I've noticed from that copy/paste you have

1. You can NOT renew a domain until there is only 30 days left - there is at the time of the copy/paste, 67 days left.
   
2. You have insufficient credits - just 150, you need 1600 - which means you have to purchase the difference, or ask for donation from your members.
   

To get to that screen that Nera has posted: Admin panel >> General > Forum Address.
