Solved cant register

why on my forum www.gftd-team.forummk.com guests cant register when he go on register button is write this Administrators have forbidden any new members.

Go to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Users Options => Members => Allow new members : Yes;
Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration => General => Forum in construction : No; Forum on holiday : No. Razz
