Hello,

Can you please change the title of your problem from something like “Help, Urgent, Few questions, Problems, SOS” to something more related to your query/problem.

Your changing the title to something related to the problem will help users who will use the search feature on this forum to solve a similar problem. This way, your problem will be a solution for someone else’s problem.

Please confirm with the requirement to get help from members as well as staff.

Thank you for changing your title. What do you mean by 'levels'? Can you please explain further or provide a screenshot of what you would like to do?

it is like when you post you will get points. When you reach a number of points you will level up. bwi

Create ranks that require a number of posts before members can receive those ranks.

Yeah, I would assume it is possible to do something like that using ranks that require a number of posts. It is not possible to do this using the points system, however. Smile

Set the pointing system.
pts/ message = +1
pts/ topic = +1
thanked = 0
_____

Create new ranks
Name it and add the rank image
Set as special rank: No
Minimum post = (it depends on you)

points is now equal to the number of the user's post
thats all

You can't do this using the points system. However, you can do this using the post requirement ranks.
