im trying to add an APPLY button to the navi bar but when i click on it, i get a link that says :click here to go back to index:
so how to i make a new page that says Apply

Hmm, if you want to create a HTML Page go to Administration Panel => Modules => HTML & JAVASCRIPT => HTML pages management => Create new HTML page. Then create a new button on navbar. Wink
