When a user want to change his name he can post in this topic with the model:

Last username:
New username:
Reason:


If we want change again the name we can post in this specific topic and now we dont't spam MrMario's PM Box.

I would vote yes, such a thread can be created. This would keep the record for users to view as well & can be done quickly without opening the PM boxes.
