How to move a post from one topic to another topic

I could spend weeks reading all the posts but really need an answer quick.
As administrator, how can I move a post from a topic to another topic.

You have to split the post from one topic, then merge it with another topic.

These buttons should be in the moderator tools. On my forum they appear under the threads.
