Uhm hi guys....

I have a pop-up chatbox v2.0////

but i want it to have a better look.. just look here

Chatbox Design help Captur13

I want it to have a cool border so that it would be easily noticed.....

Blue border and white background would be cool..

Please teach me how to do this????? Question Question
