Forum Title

I am surprised by the awesome of light elements with light background and shades. It gives some kind of powerful look to the whole forum. The header is simple and effective, but I don’t like the body part because it’s kind a small of your forums category name. Also You don't have description images well i suggest you put one because it makes your forum design even better. I have notice that you put a google translator widget why don't you add more because there are some space left. Considering subject matter of the forum, messages count is good while number of members isn’t, so activity is needed. All in all, good forum with few design and promotion stuff to do in order to improve activity and layout.

As i already said that add some more images on your forum it gives 50% in your forums design. And also as i already said add some description images because the image represents or describe what king of forum or section is that. And also if you have money try to remove the ads to make your forum clean. If you don't know how to make images/graphics you can request on the Graphic Section.

I have check your forum activity and as i observe there are only few active members on your forum. And base on the hour it is 99 hours so if you put it 24 hours your forums activity might get low or lower. I really suggest that try advertising in other popular sites or by promoting your forum here.

There is 8 usergroup but well organized and colored. I’m not allowed to view the usergroups’ members but I think that there is enough staff there (i think base on your members username colorize). When forum starts to get more members and activity, you can gradually add new staff memebers. So keep try to gain more members inorder to gain staff also.

I have seen many forums with like the same of your forums theme. Just a little suggest try using special themes provided by the forumotion themers then customize it to make your forums theme good and unqiue.
