You can put script in Announcements: ACP => General => Messages and e-mails => Announcements. Don't forget to activate announcements before. Wink

If you'll put the script in javascript management take sure that the script should be without <script type="text/javascript"> and </script> Wink

Did you change this:

var snowsrc="YOURIMAGE"

YOURIMAGE is the link to your snowflakes.

Go to this site and download the snowflake script, its free:

http://www.schillmania.com/projects/snowstorm/

Unzip the file and upload the js file to a server that allows remote linking and JavaScript files.

Here's a free Web Hosting service that allows everything I mentioned above:

http://www.webs.com/

Upload the file there and copy the URL of the file.

To add the code/File go to Admin Panel>>Messages and e-mails>>Search Engines>>Additional Tags>>

Then click the green button to create a new tag and copy this code into it adding your own JavaScript URL that you uploaded:

<script src="ADD YOUR URL HERE"></script>

However, you may only need to add just the URL of the JavaScript to the "Additional Tags" because the forum will add the tags for you. I use phpBB 3 and that's how it works for that version of forums. You don't need to add the <script </script> tags the forum does it for you if you use phpBB 3.. Just add the URL for phpBB 3.

For other forum versions you may need to add the script tags like I showed above.

That won't work with this snowflake script because it doesn't use Images to create the snow effect. There are no images involved with that script.

That's all I can do to help. I downloaded my own script like I mentioned in my first post in this topic. And use phpBB 3. I don't know what version you have.

I'm done here.
