Posting an RSS Feed Reader within a Forum?

Hi, I just started a new sports talk forum and not really familiar with phpbb. In my old forum I could put an RSS feed reader in the forum, and fill it with links to all top news outlets around the web. And then they would automatically update themselves as soon as a new article was posted on that site.

I was planning to just use the old forum as the feed reader, and supply a link to it in this new forum. But then I though maybe I can just include it right here.

Can anyone please help?

I mean I want feeds from other sites to show up on my site.

My site is a Detroit Sports Talk forum. So I want feeds from all the local sports websites to show up on mine.

I found this feedzilla.com widget builder, and its exactly what I want. It lets you easily/quickly design a widget that has feeds from all the Detroit sports teams already built in.

Then it gives you the code. Simple.

But I cant figure out how/where to copy/paste the code to get it to show up on my forum.

Do I copy the whole code? And where do I copy it to?
