Re: Nav bar
I couldn't exactly do that until I could see your forum.... It says in the rules to include a link.
There are several things that could be stopping it, so I've listed them all.
1) NAV Bar on images only with no images -> Solution: ACP -> Display -> headers and navigation -> Display only images in the navbar : NO
2) NAV Bar Removed on Templates -> Solution: ACP -> Display -> Templates management -> Overall_header -> Find navbar

Re: Nav bar
if "you" deleted the nav bar buttons without copying them to your pc,usb or a image storage site like tinypics or photobucket, then their gone. Only way to obtain them is to reinstall the skin or look in this sites gallery (under navs) and see if they're in there. some of the images found in hit skins themes, are in the gallery.
Not Sure, possibly someone else could elaborate.. But you might get them back by "restoring your theme" to a previous date .
That would be in your ACP> Display> Themes Management>Restore theme>choose a previous date and tick "restore".
