My forum disappeared - Help needed!

Post by neuroimagingforum on Wed Dec 21, 2011 6:14 pm

I created this forum neuropsychiatry.forumotion.com in Sep.

I don't know why when I access it, I obtained the following error:
The forum neuropsychiatry.forumotion.com doesn't exist.

Please help me. I have spent a lot of time creating this forum and didn't have any backup. How can I retrieve it? Thanks.

When I clicked on the link for MrMario, Sanket, or Joph25 as instructed on this page for password reset:
http://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password

I saw that under support, I got:
No Support via PM.

How do I actually PM any one of them?

For a case like password loss, you need to fill out the appropriate application applied to the link above,

Try to PM a manager, because i am not really sure if MrMario Receives PM's.

I'm guessing that is a yes, because he handles all of the serous situations.

Hi,

Every profile states that we don't do PM support, as it aids in reminding people about the rules - that we don't want people doing support via PM's if they don't wish to, I for example am one, and still do receive a bit.

For concerns of passwords, you may PM MrMario, Joph or Sanket alone, and you are permitted despite what the profile states. Anything else will simply be ignored if it is support related and undesired, I would imagine Wink

When you receive the new password (which will be via Email) access the utilities, and attempt to access your forum via the section called 'direct login to...'
That should reactivate your forum, and give you the URL of it too Smile
