 First Impressions -Excellent
As I open your site, I am impressed by the professionalism and design. I enjoyed the wonderfully arranged Portal and how you added many graphics and videos, giving it a very nice, comprehensive appearance. I love how it inspires the viewer to look for more and I am delighted as I scroll down to find more entertaining images and news clips. Only one thing to improve on would be the extremely black theme. While your excellent graphics mitigate the drab effect of the dark colors, having too much of one dark value isn't the best for appearance and may drive users away. We'll take more about this in the Graphics part. Otherwise, first impressions are very good and well deserving of an Excellent rating.
 Graphics & Layout - Good
As said above, I liked your use of graphics and images quite a bit. You definitely have excellent taste in the images you select, as they are vivid, vibrant, and invigorating. The banner is beautiful as are the rest of your graphics. Nice work! I love your brilliant use of CSS also 
However, regarding your color theme choice, you may want to try adding some brighter values. Your board appear much too dark, a thing few users appreciate. Instead, try blending brighter colors into your theme, such as white, which will also make it easier to read/post messages.
 Forum Activity - Average
Your user count isn't very high, and your message count could be improved also. Try an active recruiting campaign, and also create a Facebook page if you haven't done so already. Advertise on other sites and spread your name far and wide. Your site's presentation should be good enough to snatch people's attention (perhaps even more so if you work on the color suggestion!  ).
 Staff & Usergroups - Good
I don't see any staff groups, only usergroups for "Fighting Camps." Since I am not familiar with your site's setup and how it works, I recommend just sticking with your own usergroup strategy. A tip from me however, since I have had much experience with Clan usergroups, is to insert a line break using Javascript to split a Staff usergroup from Clan usergroups. This way you can easier distinguish Staff groups from Clans.
 Originality & Unique Quality - Excellent
No doubt about it, your site has an superlative unique quality to it that inspires viewers coming again and again. I how you've themed your site, and although it may benefit from a few changes, the originality is indisputable. Your site is quite possibly the best fighting site I've seen to date.
