Solved No one can register!

Help me Crying or Very sad ! when someone presses register it's writes ".Administrators have forbidden any new members."
I cheaked ACP > Users & Groups > Users Options > Allow new members
And it was on "yes"
Even the holidays are "no"
and i don know what to do!

(i dont speak very good English...)

You say you have done it all?

1. AP > users & groups > users options > Allow new users > YES
1. AP > General > Forum on holiday > NO
2. AP > General > Forum under construcition > NO
