Incorrect Password

I changed the password on my forum 2 days ago (I'm the administrator).
I managed to logged in yesterday but it's not letting me log in again today, i have tried several times and have left it for the hours but it wont let me log in.
When I click request password it says that a setting prevents admin from doing this.
Is there a way that I can log in? (I don't know why it is saying that my password is incorrect)

You also can here => https://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password request a new password.
