I have taken into account a lot of the points in my first review, and have done quite a bit of work on the appearance, and layout of my forum. If possible I would like a second review from Empire 1. Thank you so much for your insight.

Quick Review - Rating: Good

First off, I'd like to say I'm quite impressed with the level of improvement since your last review. I remember the amateurishly designed site before and glad to say you have come far. Your banner is much improved from last time, but that's not to say the current one could still use an extra dose of refinement (try for an even more "professional look").

Also, your forum appears a little too much on the dark side. Your forum sections are all colored black - not the most optimal for reading. Overall, there's a little too much solid chunks of blue and black, livened up only by the small pictures of fish. I would recommend blending and mixing some brighter colors to give your site a livelier, modern appearance. Feel free to get creative! Making your site distinctive is a trait of a successful forum.
Later on, after creating some themes you like, try the Multi-theme switcher in the tutorials section of the Support Forum. It will allow you to give your users a choice between differently styled themes.

Now I'll give you a brief synopsis on the pros and cons of your forum:

Pros:
- Love the use of coding, good work!
- Visible signs of improvement
- Extensive and comprehensive forum layout, including many helpful links for users
(side note on the large number of forum categories, see if you can compress some of them as too many categories is detrimental to your site's appearance)

Cons:
- Placement of navigation bar is debatable
- Theme's color setup could use some brighter colors
- Site still has an older 20th century look, albeit improved from last time

Overall, I'm impressed with how far your design has come. The improvement is obvious, keep it up! Smile
